4.6 If the user violates any terms of this agreement, Yunjia Company has the right to terminate the provision of services for the breaching user's Yunjia account in accordance with this agreement.
4.7 If the user does not log in to the account for a long time after registering the Yunjia account, Yunjia Company has the right to reclaim the account to avoid waste of resources, and the user shall be responsible for all problems arising therefrom.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Any text, pictures, logos, audio and video materials contained in ChartCool provided by Yunjia Company are protected by copyright, trademark right, patent right and other property rights laws.
